SEVILLA CONSTRUCTION - STAGES

1. The foundations and supporting columns are created using top quality ready-mix, reinforced concrete.
2. Walls are erected using Ytong (registered trade mark) lightweight thermal blocks. These keep the building cool in summer and warm in winter.
3. The roof goes on and plastering work is carried out.. All plumbing and electrical work installed.
4. Double-glazed white-coated aluminium windows, and wooden doors are put in.
5. Marble flooring and ceramic tiles of your choice laid. Site tidied and landscaped.
6. You take possession, move in ….and invite your friends and family!
